Gcom is looking for an Sr ETL Developer with strong Informatica PowerCenter experience and advanced SQL skills to design, build, and optimize enterprise data pipelines supporting analytics and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter (Designer, Workflow Manager/Monitor, etc.).

Create, optimize, and troubleshoot stored procedures, functions, inline SQL, and end-to-end ETL processes.

Perform Informatica performance tuning across sources, mappings, targets, and sessions.

Collaborate across Agile teams; participate independently in requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.

Work extensively with Greenplum (PostgreSQL) and/or Oracle SQL/PL/SQL for data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning.

Monitor, support, and resolve application issues across technologies including Informatica, PostgreSQL/Greenplum, Oracle, and Mainframe systems.

Provide on-call production support as needed, ensuring stability and timely incident resolution.
Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and related components.

Expert-level SQL and procedural programming (PostgreSQL/Greenplum and/or Oracle PL/SQL).

Proven ability in ETL/SQL performance optimization and root-cause analysis.

Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with practical Agile experience.

Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in production environments with on-call responsibilities.
